Part of the reason we understand funding so well is because we are funders ourselves. For scenarios that don’t fit into mainstream funders, we have access to cash on our own balance sheet to lend directly into mortgages.

Whilst still lending within strict credit criteria, we are human. We are not a computer that spits out a number that says “yes” or “no”, we can work with borrowers to understand their specific scenario, and the strength of the underlying asset(s). Whilst more expensive than our major funding counterparts, we are open to a broader range of deals and can assist with structuring of private debt.
